The department may revoke the labor permit or labor permit granted in accordance with the Act and this regulation in the following cases:-
(a) If the work permit granted by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs to a person who has received a labor permit or work permit is cancelled,
(b) If the person who received the labor permit or work permit does not pay the tax, revenue, duty or any remaining arrears to the Government of Nepal within the specified period,
(c) If a person who has received a work permit or work permit is found guilty by the court of criminal charges according to the prevailing law,
(d) If it is not considered appropriate from the point of view of national security to allow a person with a work permit or work permit to work in Nepal,
(e) If a foreign citizen does not fulfill the responsibilities to be borne by the prevailing law, if he/she is found to have acted contrary to the conduct required to be followed or if he/she has done any work which is contrary to public morals and ethics.
